Working with Adults & Teens: Life can be a lot. You might be feeling overwhelmed by transitions, stuck in old patterns, or just plain exhausted. My Background and Approach
I’ve been working in mental health for over 20 years, supporting kids, teens, and adults in schools, detention centers, EAPs, and more. I’m also a full-time caregiver, so I get what it’s like to juggle a lot. I use a person-centered approach with tools like CBT, mindfulness, and yes, humor! Sometimes we’ll cry, but we’ll probably laugh too. Music often makes its way into sessions because it helps us connect on a deeper level. My goal is to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and build the life you want!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand firsthand how important it is to have a safe, non-judgmental space, navigating self-discovery, identity, and finding your voice.
