Our clients are individuals seeking assistance with mental health medication management. They include adults and adolescents diagnosed with conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and other mental health disorders. Our services cater to those newly diagnosed, those seeking better medication management, and those transitioning between medications. Our clients value a collaborative approach to their mental health care.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Krista Lewis is a board-certified nurse practitioner who is qualified to practice in both primary care and psychiatry. She pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, with Bachelors from Chamberlain University. Then, she obtained her Family Nurse practitioner’s degree at Chamberlain University, Post-Master’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree at Maryville University, and her doctorate degree at Chamberlain University. Some of her practice specialties include (but are not limited to) ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Mood disorders, and Insomnia.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Her clinical career took her on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings and telemedicine, managing the care of everyone from young adults with ADHD to older adults with dementia. Her style of practice can be traditional (prescribing up-to-date psychiatric medications) or alternative medicine (natural treatments including but not limited to lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, and stress management).
