About My Clients
My clients are teens and adults struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, and overwhelming emotions. They often have a strong inner critic that elicits feelings of shame, inadequacy, and self-doubt. My clients seek to explore and understand their past experiences and how they impact the present. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, have experienced relational trauma in adolescence, and/or struggle with self-concept and identity.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in a cognitive behavioral framework and incorporates evidence-based elements from attachment theory, person-centered therapy, schema-mode therapy, ACT, and IFS. I have also completed the Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All humans deserve a safe space where they can be seen, heard, valued, and understood. I approach all clients with compassion and curiosity, collaborating with them to develop a personalized approach tailored to their unique needs.
