About My Clients
We are all so exhausted, right? You may be finding yourself without an outlet to express yourself. Our unspoken emotions pile up and it becomes so heavy---we are unsure where to even begin to unpack them. You may feel numb, you may feel overwhelmed----most of all, you know it shouldn't feel like this. You are seeking a safe place to speak to your truths. You want concrete steps to take towards feeling more balanced in your life.
My Background and Approach
I offer a space to reflect on early relationships/experiences we have in our lives, and how they define and shape our relationship with others and ourselves. We cannot change what has happened in our past, but we can be mindful of how they show up in the now and make a choice to repeat a pattern or create something new. I have extensive training in attachment-based approaches, including Circle of Security, Trust-Based Relational Intervention and the Gottman Institute's Bringing Home Baby curriculum.
