About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck—especially neurodivergent clients, creatives, and caregivers. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, or complex trauma. They want support that’s affirming, practical, and grounded in who they really are—not who they’ve been told to be.
My Background and Approach
I'm a neurodivergent, trauma-informed therapist offering virtual care that’s compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. My approach blends somatic awareness, inner child work, and parts-informed therapy with real-world tools. I meet you where you are—with curiosity, humor, and care—and help you move toward healing without needing to mask or explain your identity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be accessible, affirming, and rooted in social justice. I honor each client’s lived experience and identity. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but reconnecting with what’s true. I support neurodivergent, queer, and marginalized folks in unmasking, reclaiming self-trust, and navigating systems that weren’t built for us—with gentleness and grit.
