About My Clients
Do you feel that you, or someone you know, are not living the most gratifying life? I work with both teens and adults on reaching their best potential. Whether working through trauma, depression, anxiety, adjusting, or discovering yourself, I would be happy to walk with you along the journey. I have extensive experience working with trauma and LGBTQ+ related concerns, and enjoy researching them in my spare time. I work with individuals, relationship systems, and family systems.
My Background and Approach
I have a passion for working with people who are exploring their identities. I work with a client-centered orientation and offer a safe and comforting environment to challenge yourself towards positive and effective change. I utilize a wide variety of therapy modalities, including EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I don't push a personal agenda on my clients. I strongly respect and value all religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political views, cultures and races. I treat every client as a unique person and everyone's story is different. I believe that you have everything you need to live your most gratifying life, and I am just here to help you find that within yourself.
