It's the middle of the night and you can't sleep. You keep trying to understand why you are so stuck in your life and your relationship. Your partner is asleep in the other room because you are fighting again. You don't understand why you can't just be yourself and be accepted for who you are. You've done so much to try to feel connected but it isn't working. It's so different than what you experience when you are in community, surrounded by people who are vibrant and expansive.
My Background and Approach
I support spiritually adventurous and sexually creative people, who are struggling to integrate change into their lives. My clients experience individualized support that helps them to reconnect with their body and their vitality. For over 25 years I have worked with people who struggle in their relationships with their body, their partners, and their power. My clients typically come to see me weekly so they can benefit from consistent support and deepening awareness. I will often integrate body movement, sensation tracking, and grounding tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have walked an extraordinary path. My Journey has taken me through the challenges of childhood emotional neglect through self-discovery to crafting a strong intellect and intuitive awareness. I sought answers to big questions. Why are we here? What do we stand for? I found those answers in the soft voices of wisdom within. As a multidimensional thinker, I offer diversity, respect, and curiosity as a core values. I love to dance, read, camp, cuddle and spend time with beloveds.
