About My Clients
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where change feels possible. I work with young adults and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, panic disorder, and those who feel stuck or unsure how to make meaningful changes in their lives.
My Background and Approach
My style is collaborative and direct. You are the expert on your own life—together, we’ll identify what’s not working, build skills to support you, and work toward the goals that matter to you. In session, we’ll weave in practical skills to help with both thoughts and emotions that can feel difficult to manage. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014 from The College of New Jersey. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have experience working in difference settings including PHP, IOP, ICMS, and outpatient care.
