About My Clients
My work is rooted in creating an affirming and identity‑safe space for clients. I support individuals in exploring their stories, strengthening self-understanding, and reclaiming parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or misunderstood in other environments. I specialize in working with Queer communities, neurodivergent populations, and clients exploring racial identity development, especially those moving through layered experiences of self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
My clinical foundation is shaped by years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, where I learned to support neurodivergent individuals with compassion, structure, and a deep respect for autonomy. Alongside this, my academic background includes a Queer Studies minor, which strengthened my understanding of gender, sexuality, identity development, and the lived realities of LGBTQIA+ communities. I also bring specialized training in racial identity development and multicultural counseling, allowing me to support clients who navigate the intersections of race and other identities. My approach is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and grounded in multicultural and social justice frameworks. I integrate values-based, person-centered, and neuro-informed strategies to create an environment where clients can explore who they are, unpack experiences, and honor themselves on a path toward alignment.
