About My Clients

If parts of you have been silenced, dismissed, or stretched thin, or you feel stuck, unseen, or out of alignment with your inner truth, we'll create space for reconnection. With deep presence, compassion, and evidence-based care, I support you in reclaiming self-trust, deepening clarity, and reshaping how you relate to yourself and others. This is a space to feel grounded in your own wisdom and supported in what comes next—a place where you can start thriving, not just surviving.

My Background and Approach

With advanced training in neuroscience, trauma, sexual violence, relational therapy, and systems theory, I integrate narrative and somatic approaches with accessible education—helping you understand how your nervous system and relationships shape your day-to-day life. This is not therapy as usual. This is therapy that respects your depth, invites your truth, and invests in your transformation. Together, we'll untangle old narratives, restore boundaries, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and others. Our work is not about fixing who you are—it's about remembering what's always been true beneath the noise. At Cultivating Capacity, you'll find grounded presence, discerning insight, and emotionally intelligent care—always leading with depth over drama. You are not broken. You are ready. And you don't have to do this alone. There is space for all of you here—and there is a way forward that feels like yours.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in relationship—that we are shaped by connection and can be reshaped through new relational experiences that honor our full humanity. I'm drawn to the intersection of neuroscience, narrative, and systems thinking because they help us understand how we adapt, survive, and ultimately reconnect with our deepest knowing. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and unwavering presence. I'm committed to therapy that challenges rather than replicates oppressive systems. I believe in naming power dynamics, honoring lived experience, and creating space where marginalized voices are centered, not pathologized. Outside of sessions, you'll find me exploring how creativity, rest, and embodiment shape our capacity to hold complexity. I'm endlessly curious about how we tell stories—about ourselves, our relationships, and our possibilities. My practice reflects a belief in intentionality and depth.
