About My Clients
I intend to support and guide my clients through their most significant challenges and triumphs in their lives by creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship. The decision to pursue therapy can be daunting and frightening, but it does not have to be. I invite you to connect with me so we can begin your journey of exploration and self-healing. My clients are usually individuals or couples who are struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating, trauma, and anxiety disorders.
My Background and Approach
I earned double bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Medical Humanities & Health Studies at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis as a first-generation student. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University Lincoln Center. I often pull techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Overall, my approach to therapy is integrative and specified based on the needs of the client.
