About My Clients
I have assisted clients gain a deep understanding of diverse identities and relationship dynamics, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as knowledge of kink and non-monogamous relationship styles. I work with clients on a wide range of issues, including identity exploration, depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can work through personal struggles.
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Theory, Strength-Based Therapy, and psychoeducation to help clients build resilience and emotional well-being. By addressing negative thought patterns, enhancing emotional regulation, and focusing on personal strengths, I empower individuals to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to provide practical tools, increase self-awareness, and foster lasting change for improved mental health and overall life satisfaction.
