About My Clients
I am deeply committed to supporting multicultural communities and understanding how cultural and systemic factors impact mental health. I offer neurodivergent-affirming care for adults working through developmental trauma, anxiety, codependency, grief, and self-esteem challenges.
My Background and Approach
I hold a master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling, with a background in Human Development and Early Childhood Education. As a relational therapist, I draw from a range of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting. My approach integrates science and spirituality, rooted in the belief that meaningful growth arises through a balance of support, challenge, and self-connection. Throughout our work together, I will invite you to explore deeply, ask tough questions, and gently bring awareness to the patterns that may be holding you back. While this process can be uncomfortable at times, I believe that true transformation happens when we step outside of our comfort zones. I invite you to approach this journey with openness and curiosity, as we reflect on the experiences that have brought you here. Together, we’ll co-create a space where you are empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a philosophy that's all about respecting your autonomy in how you navigate life. I hold no authority in prescribing how you should live, that is a personal journey only you can undertake. My role is more like a guiding light, illuminating the paths you wish to explore and offering assistance as you seek your own understanding.
