About My Clients
Are you the kind of person who gets things done but still can’t turn your mind off? On the outside, you seem composed, but inside, it’s noise, tension, and what-ifs. I work with teens and adults facing anxiety, stress, trauma, and life changes. I support high achievers and perfectionists who may look “fine” to others but carry a quiet heaviness, never feeling truly enough. It might be worry that won’t quit, intrusive thoughts, or exhaustion from holding it all.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends CBT, strengths-based techniques, and trauma-informed work, all through a person-centered lens. Having experienced anxiety and intrusive thoughts myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel. Some sessions will feel like a breakthrough, others more reflective, but all will be meaningful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an immigrant myself, I understand the pressure of rebuilding, belonging, and carrying silent expectations, and I approach my work with cultural awareness and sensitivity. My main goal is for you to be yourself, and I also strive to always be myself. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and exploring what brought you here. I structure sessions around what you want to work on, and we’ll collaborate to meet your needs. I stay curious, and I believe that you’re the expert in your life.
