About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, and overworking? It can be tough to find clarity on what you truly want, your values, and your needs when people-pleasing and perfectionism get in the way. If you're feeling paralyzed, burnt out, and exhausted, know that you're not alone. Therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to explore your authentic self and find peace. I look forward to embarking on this healing journey by your side.
My Background and Approach
My background in linguistics and education has provided me with a deep understanding of how language and human development intersect, which I integrate into my therapeutic practice. With a Master of Social Work from USC, I use a blend of approaches—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic perspectives—to address the root of challenging patterns. This combination helps create a personalized and supportive environment for your growth where you can explore and break free from conditioned beliefs and get clarity on your authentic desires. In therapy, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where practical exercises also further empower you to achieve these goals of self-discovery.
