My Background and Approach
With extensive experience in supporting individuals through life transitions, both in the military and civilian spheres, she is dedicated to assisting clients in overcoming barriers to intimacy, fostering healthy sexuality connections, managing depression and anxiety, addressing LGBTQIA+ challenges, navigating trauma (including race-related and military trauma), managing PTSD, and tackling addiction. Her ultimate purpose is to uplift and contribute to the healing process of others, while affirming individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds. In her practice, she utilizes person-centered and strength-based approaches that prioritize the "Power of Self."
