About My Clients
I offer ONLINE client-centered therapy for adults in California. If you are in a place where you are struggling with anxiety or depression, or just want to process and better understand your feelings, emotions, and behaviors, my online therapy is a great landing place for you. I also work with people who identify as having the HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) trait, and identify myself as an HSP.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, which means I am here for you, unconditionally. I support you by way of providing non-judgmental attentiveness, in a safe space (your home) where you can feel free to be vulnerable and open, and express yourself. We will work together to sort through your conflicts and struggles, and help you begin to heal.
