About My Clients
I can work with people of all ages who have experiences life changes, foster care in all capacities (working, foster parenting, foster child), individuals who want to work on themselves, and families that want to work on their relationships with each other.
My Background and Approach
Sometimes it takes more than water and exercise to feel better. That's why I'm here. My approach to therapy and life is to listen, learn, and collaborate. I recognize that each person is unique and a one size fits all approach will not work. Through therapy, I plan to help you gather the tools you need to face the world through examining your relationships and communications styles. Everyone second of the day is a new start. It's ok if that last second was the worst of your life. The next second always comes. I am strengths based, LGBTQ+ Affirming, Solution Focused, Culturally Responsive, and Trauma Informed. I have 16 years of education, training, and real world experience in the therapeutic world through different capacities. I would love to talk with you about how we can work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in equity. I believe that everyone deserves wellbeing. I currently do a lot of work on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts where I have had the opportunity to collaborate with others across the county.
