My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist with both lived and professional experience working with people who’ve been impacted by the justice system, trauma, and life circumstances that don't always get talked about in therapy rooms. I hold a Master's in Social Work and am currently a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), under supervision toward full licensure. I also bring over a decade of real-world experience working within the justice system as a parole officer — so I understand firsthand how hard it is to break cycles when you’re navigating systems that weren’t built with healing in mind.
