About My Clients
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating grief, life transitions, and substance use. My experience in hospice has given me a deep appreciation for the many forms loss can take, and I believe every person's journey is unique. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process challenges, build resilience, and feel genuinely heard. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to go through it alone.
My Background and Approach
My experience includes working in substance use treatment, hospice care, and a variety of mental health settings, giving me a broad understanding of how life experiences, relationships, and systems impact emotional well-being. I have worked with children, teens, and adults, with a special passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions, build healthy coping skills, and develop confidence for the future. My diverse background allows me to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs while drawing from a wide range of clinical approaches and community resources. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps clients feel understood, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone. No matter where you are in your journey, change can happen with the right support, compassion, and willingness to take the next step. As an animal lover, I value the comfort, connection, and unconditional acceptance that relationships—both human and animal—can provide. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and met with empathy rather than judgment. We all carry experiences that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and I strive to understand those experiences instead of making assumptions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel accepted, explore life's challenges, build resilience, and move toward healing at your own pace.
