About My Clients

My clients are often navigating overwhelm, life transitions, or feeling misunderstood in a world that doesn't always fit. I welcome teens and adults, including neurodivergent individuals and those living with chronic illness, who are seeking a space to feel seen, explore their experiences, and reconnect with themselves. You don't need to have the right words or all the answers to begin. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as we are, without pressure to fit someone else's expectations. As an associate mental health counselor and provisionally registered art therapist, I draw on talk therapy, creativity, and art-making to support self-exploration and expression. I welcome the complexity of being human, including the ways trauma, chronic illness, and neurodivergence shape our experiences. Our work together is guided by your needs, strengths, and goals. You don't need to be an artist or know exactly what to say to benefit from creative exploration. My hope is to offer a space where you can feel understood, deepen your connection with yourself, and discover new possibilities for living a more authentic and meaningful life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, understood, and accepted as they are. Outside of my work, I spend alot of time in nature, working in my garden, making my own artwork, and enjoying time with animals. My own experience navigating mold illness has given me a personal understanding of how isolating and life-altering complex health challenges can be. I bring this lived experience, along with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person's journey, into my work. I believe there isn't one right way to heal or grow, and I hope to offer a space where you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and feel less alone in whatever you're navigating.
