About My Clients

I help the kind of clients who struggle to say “no” and chronically self-sacrifice break free from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Despite being highly empathic, generous to the ones they love, and often funny as hell, life is hard. Symptoms of trauma, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse (just to name a few) have taken over their lives. I see my role as an embodiment guide, inviting clients back into relationship with their body and soul.

My Background and Approach

As a body-centered psychotherapist, I take a “bottom-up” or “embodied” approach to trauma-focused modalities, including EMDR. I was certified as an EMDR specialist in May 2022. I have been trained in body-centered modalities, including the Hakomi Method. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for additional support in treating treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, and other trauma symptoms. I have extensive experience working with substance abuse and take an evidence-based, DBT-informed approach to addiction (including eating disorders). If you want to break free from the symptoms of trauma, begin a healing journey, or simply improve your overall well-being, I’d love to help you get there. I'm currently offering virtual therapy only to clients in Colorado, Washington, and Texas. I will be opening an office in Seattle in Summer 2025.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Your body holds the wisdom to heal. As a body-centered, mindfulness-based psychotherapist, I blend practices from the East and West, evidence-based interventions with spirituality, movement with introspection. I work with highly sensitive, empathic clients to help them build healthier relationships, let go of substances and patterns that no longer serve them, improve self-esteem, find freedom from anxiety and depression, and come home to their bodies. I believe in the healing power of embodiment to help my clients recover. In my work, there is always space for vulnerable moments, profound realizations, uninhibited emotions, and very often, deep belly laughs.
