My Background and Approach
Kirsten has been successful with children, teens, and older adults. Clients enjoy both her humor and kindness. Someone remarked,” She just gets me.” Kirsten incorporates a strengths-based approach in collaboration with clients. She holds the strong belief that each client has ‘built-in’ resiliency. By tapping into the things they are already doing well, she encourages them to address current obstacles. Kirsten emphasizes skill-building habits clients can use for a lifetime.
