I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings. My therapy style is warm, down-to-earth, and client-centered. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and behavioral challenges. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy creating peace for myself in the midst of what can seem like chaos at times. That may look like crafting, building furniture, or exercising. Spending time with family is also helpful for me.
