About My Clients

My clients feel deeply. They’re anxious, burned out, grieving, or just trying to stay human in a world that’s unraveling. Many are queer, creative, or neurodivergent—people who think in color, care too much, and crave a space that gets it. Together, we slow down, get honest, and do the hard, beautiful work of becoming more fully yourself.

My Background and Approach

Therapy with me is a space to get real; not perform, perfect, or please. My approach is collaborative, curious, and rooted in Relational-Cultural Theory, Attachment, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Ecopsychology. We’ll pay attention to the stories you’ve inherited, the systems that shape you, and the ways you’ve learned to survive. Sometimes that means slowing down and feeling what’s been avoided; other times, it means naming patterns, experimenting with new ways of being, or finding language for what’s been unspeakable. I hold a balance of warmth and honesty, compassion and challenge. Therapy isn’t just catharsis...It’s real work, the kind that changes you from the inside out. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and alive in your own skin.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that relationship and connection are at the heart of what motivates us as humans. The ways we avoid, overwork, or shut down are often just strategies to numb the pain of being alive in a complex, uncertain world. As a white-bodied, queer, and gender-nonconforming person, I believe therapy must also acknowledge the sociopolitical forces that shape our sense of belonging and safety. Disconnection isn’t just personal-it’s systemic. Solidarity is power, and healing is a collective act. We’re living in unprecedented times, and finding ways to live more sustainably, creatively, and meaningfully together is essential for our emotional, relational, and planetary wellbeing.
