About My Clients
I work best with people who feel "stuck" in their own mental loops. My clients are often the chronic overthinkers, the worriers who feel hollow behind the scenes, and the therapy-skeptics who never thought they’d find a therapist who actually "gets" them. My Background and Approach
My approach is a blend of Eastern wisdom and Western science. I’m a long-time meditation practitioner, and I bring that "boots on the ground" mindfulness into our sessions. However, I’m not just going to tell you to "breathe and be happy." I use Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help you stop the internal war with yourself, paired with Behavioral Modalities (like CBT or ACT) to give you concrete, actionable skills. We’ll look at the patterns in your behavior that aren't serving you anymore and replace them with habits that actually work. Think of it as "strength training" for your nervous system.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that being a person in 2026 comes with a unique set of pressures, and we need spaces where we can talk about that without judgment or unnecessary filler. I don't believe you need to be "fixed" because you aren't broken—you’re likely just operating on an outdated mental operating system. I believe vulnerability is a high-level skill, and I’m here to help you master it so you can lead a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
