My Background and Approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy as I realize each person has their own unique concerns and needs that I prefer to tailor to. The methods I use but are not limited to are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
