I have been in practice for three years and have worked with families for over a decade. My experience includes teaching educators and presenting at conferences, expanding my understanding of diverse needs. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can change, heal, and grow at any time in their lives, and there is no limit to human capacity or resilience. Many mental health challenges stem from unhealthy learned behaviors, which means we can unlearn them and replace them with healthier patterns. With over a decade working with families and three years in clinical practice, I have seen how adults and children can regain their footing and experience confidence and peace. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for all and actively support the LGBTQ+ community. I am committed to helping you and your family develop emotional regulation, coping skills, and resilience.
