About My Clients
I focus on individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and life changes in order to help them discover what they need in order to live their best lives. My ideal clients are those who feel stuck in their current patterns and relationships. Whether that be due to unhealthy thought patterns, or past traumatic experiences, you are not alone.
My Background and Approach
My clinical training includes a Masters of Social Work in addition to an bachelor's degree in psychology. I think of therapy as a partnership rather than one person leading. I approach the therapeutic relationship with empathy and a curiosity for your goals, perspective and passions. You are the expert of your own needs and we will work together to figure out how to achieve those needs. I focus on values driven work, helping you determine what is important to you so that you can work towards that value. My style is DBT informed, relying on mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal skills and distress tolerance to help you move past what no longer serves you
