About My Clients
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Some are learning to build confidence, others are exploring how to express themselves more authentically in relationships, and many are working to quiet self-critical thoughts and regulate overwhelming emotions. For individual therapy, I work with young adults and adults navigating seasons of change — whether that’s transitioning in or out of college, or entering new phases of life.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Art Therapist, I integrate IFS, Narrative Therapy, and DBT/CBT to help clients create lasting change. We begin by strengthening regulation and stability, then explore the deeper parts of self that drive patterns of behavior and emotion. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been exiled or avoided, and connect those pieces with compassion so new ways of responding can emerge. At times, I weave in art therapy as a powerful tool for bypassing the rational mind and accessing raw, authentic truths. I don’t have your answers—you do. My role is to create a safe, collaborative space to help you uncover them. Change takes devotion and courage, and if you’re ready for that kind of work, we’ll walk that path together. Are you ready for freedom, clarity, and real change?
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I operate from a core belief: Curiosity, compassion, and courage are the foundations to move through this life- qualities we practice together. I believe healing happens in relationship, and growth begins when we learn to listen to ourselves differently: to recognize the wisdom in our emotions and the language of our nervous system. My own life experiences, along with my journey through therapy, help me create a space where appropriate self-reliance is encouraged. I see therapy as a brave and collaborative space, and I feel honored to support people in uncovering their own answers and building a life that feels authentically theirs.
