About My Clients
I work with a wide variety of clients. Many are faith based and many are not. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues. I have worked with military and veterans and their families for many years and enjoy seeing people heal, progress, and meet their goals.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in many evidence based approaches and seek to combine faith and best practices. I am an EMDR approved consultant and an AAMFT approved supervisior. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy. I help couples using emotionally focused couple therapy and the Gottman method.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Christian minister, I believe in the value, worth, and dignity of each individual. My aim is to provide excellent help, healing, and support for each of my clients regardless of their background, faith, or ethnicity. I have seen literally thousands of clients meet their goals toward a better and higher quality life. I find my work with each person, personally fulfilling and exciting.
