About My Clients
I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, a theory created for people who have been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. I am currently offering a full DBT program which includes individual therapy, skills group and phone coaching. I also offer individual sessions for people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, self-esteem, trauma and stress management concerns
My Background and Approach
I can teach you tangible skills that can provide you relief so you can start living the life you want to live. From the start you will be given tools that you can use anywhere (at home, work, school etc.) Let's work together to assess where you are and where you want to be. You will soon see that you have more control over your mind and your emotions which leads to better relationships in your life.
