My Background and Approach
The tools that I will provide you with to accomplish your tools have been used for over 16yrs in my practice as a psychotherapist. They are evidence based approaches that also include a laid back approach to teaching you how to apply them in your daily life. I am direct and solution focused. We will work together to establish your goals for treatment and how to gain more control over your journey to happiness. We will address your issues at your own pace and know that I will support you in this journey.
