About My Clients
I’m LGBTQIA-affirming, sex-positive, and passionate about creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself. I hold a trauma-informed perspective at the heart of my practice, approaching each individual with sensitivity to their unique stories and recognizing the strengths they bring to our therapeutic journey. My primary focus is serving young and emerging adults, helping navigate life changes, stressors, hormones, and adjusting to adulthood.
My Background and Approach
I’m a bisexual, cisgender Asian woman, immigrant, and first-gen college grad from a low-income background. These parts of my identity shape who I am and how I connect with empathy, openness, and deep respect for your story. I understand what it’s like to carry many layers of identity, feel unseen, or navigate trauma and mental health challenges. My own healing journey guides how I show up as a compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental therapist. I work with young and emerging adults facing life transitions, trauma, and identity exploration. I’m trained in EMDR and focus on how trauma affects the brain and body. I offer an affirming space for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrants, and veterans. I’m sex-positive, kink-affirming, and a strong advocate for women’s rights and body liberation. There is nothing wrong with you. You’re not alone; others have felt what you’re feeling, and I might be one of them. I’m here to listen, validate your experience, and walk alongside you in your healing.
