About My Clients

I’m a queer-affirming and neurodivergent- affirming therapist in Maryland who specializes in working with teens, adult women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are navigating anxiety, religious and relational trauma (and other forms of trauma), perfectionism, people-pleasing, and struggles with self-worth, and authenticity. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you are, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

My Background and Approach

I provide an inclusive, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your feelings & experiences. My approach combines talk therapy, restorative art-making, somatic techniques, & EMDR therapy to help you process trauma, build resilience, & self compassion. These modalities support healing not just through insight, but also through creativity, the body, and the nervous system. My goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome—especially the ones that have felt hidden, rejected, or silenced. No matter what you are carrying, I will meet you with compassion, acceptance, and hope.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I support clients in exploring and embracing all parts of themselves with gentleness and self-compassion, helping them reconnect with their authentic selves in ways that feel safe and nurturing. You are worthy of healing, healthy relationships, and a life where you feel seen, valued, and supported. I honor the courage it takes to seek help and celebrate each step toward growth and self-discovery. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive values and social justice. In alignment with my commitment to anti-racism, I honor the Piscataway people, on whose land I am privileged to practice. I strive to create a space that is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, body-inclusive, and mindful of the intersecting identities each person carries. However you arrive, you will be met with openness, care, and curiosity.
