You might be carrying anxiety, trauma, relationship wounds, or burnout that feels heavier than anyone around you seems to understand. Maybe you've experienced trauma in your past—whether it's from growing up with a narcissistic parent, surviving abuse, struggling with substance use, or simply enduring years of emotional exhaustion. Or maybe you’re just trying to find your footing again. You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
My Background and Approach
I work primarily with adults who are ready to heal, grow, and move forward. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, and positive psychology, while also honoring the role of movement, sleep, nutrition, and gratitude in our emotional health. We’ll focus on what’s not working—but also what is, and how to build more of that.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
