About My Clients
Are you struggling with anxiety, racing thoughts, or intrusive fears that feel hard to control? You may look fine on the outside but feel overwhelmed inside. My ideal client is ready to understand their patterns and learn practical tools to manage anxiety, OCD, or postpartum struggles. I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to help you break free from avoidance and reconnect with what matters most.
My Background and Approach
I use evidence-based approaches—including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients better understand and manage anxiety and OCD. Together, we work on building practical tools and strategies to reduce distress and shift unhelpful thought patterns over time. A key part of this process is learning to relate to anxious thoughts and feelings in a new way, rather than avoiding or suppressing them. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experience. My goal is to help you build confidence in your ability to face uncertainty, break out of fear-based cycles, and reconnect with the life you want to live.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the strength to learn how to manage anxiety and find real relief from it. Most of us were never taught how to face uncomfortable emotions, so we avoid or suppress them—which only strengthens anxiety’s grip over time. I’ve seen again and again that, with the right tools and support, people can change these patterns. My clients learn how to approach anxious thoughts and feelings in new, more helpful ways. Over time, they begin to feel more confident, grounded, and in control. Lasting change is possible, not by getting rid of all anxious thoughts, but by learning how to respond to them differently. I believe in my clients’ capacity to do hard things, and I consider it a privilege to help them reclaim their lives from fear and uncertainty.
