I have worked in behavioral health for over 20 years and provide a nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that is full of compassion and support. I embrace an eclectic style of therapy rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and evidence-based practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people have inherent value and deserve happiness. You are enough just the way you are. Let's go on a journey together to embrace self love, quiet the inner critic, reconnect with your life on your terms, and find some balance and joy. Let's get rid of past patterns of behavior and thoughts that no longer serve us so we can move on to a place where we can embrace our own vulnerability and just learn to be.
