About My Clients
Individuals, families, children, teens, and adults with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, traits consistent with Borderline Personality Disorder, low self-esteem/negative self-talk, school/peer related issues, and parenting challenges are all presenting issues within my wheelhouse. Not only am I LGBTQ+ affirming/of lived experience, but have taken additional training to ensure competent and quality delivery of services to my treasured community.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in attachment theory and healing relational trauma. I work with clients to explore the relationship they currently have with Self and identify strengths and small moments of success from which to build. As we create a healthier sense of Self, we work together to strengthen relationships with others and the world around us. Therapy doesn't have to be boring or stressful. We can work together to make the experience appealing and something you look forward to each week. I am proud of you for taking this step and hope to be a good fit to support your growth.

It is important to me that my clients can sense my dedication to them not only in session, but on a larger social policy scale as well. My lifelong commitment to changing policies that impact the human beings I serve will never waiver.
