About My Clients
You wake up feeling anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed, wishing you felt more in control of your life. You try to stay hopeful, but it's hard when anxiety, worry, and self-doubt seem to follow you throughout the day. Through anxiety therapy, I help women learn practical tools to manage anxiety while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be contributing to it. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help women feel more confident, grounded, and empowered so anxiety no longer runs their lives.
My Background and Approach
With over 21 years of experience, I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed by constant worry, self-doubt, perfectionism, or the pressure to be everything for everyone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, heal from difficult experiences, and begin feeling more like yourself again. Together, we'll work to understand what's contributing to the anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Through a combination of insight-oriented therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and IFS-informed therapy, we'll develop practical tools to help you manage anxiety, build self-trust, strengthen self-compassion, and reconnect with yourself. You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Healing is possible, and I'd be honored to support you along the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I recognize that being a woman in today’s society comes with unique challenges, and that’s why I’m passionate about ensuring women are heard and empowered. I am dedicated to supporting women through anxiety, depression, and the many obstacles they face. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help women overcome self-doubt, heal from past wounds, and build the confidence to create the life they deserve. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where women can reconnect with their inner strength, reclaim their voice, and step into their full potential.
