About My Clients
My clients are individuals and couples craving more connection, understanding, and peace in their relationships. Many are navigating mixed-neurotype or ADHD dynamics, recovering from toxic patterns, or healing attachment wounds. I also work with those who feel unseen or stuck in people-pleasing cycles, helping them regulate emotions, set boundaries, and rebuild trust with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in attachment-based, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for individuals and couples. I integrate the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and the Developmental Model to create structured, lasting change in how partners relate and repair. Couples work begins with a thoughtful assessment process to map strengths, stress points, and recurring conflict cycles. Across my work, I incorporate mindfulness-based and values-oriented approaches to help clients regulate emotions, build psychological flexibility, and create more secure, sustainable relationships. My style is structured yet flexible, direct yet compassionate.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe relationships are at the core of well-being — our connection to ourselves, our partners, and our children shapes everything else. I approach therapy through an attachment-based and social-justice-informed lens, emphasizing compassion, accountability, and self-trust. As a parent educator, I help caregivers break generational cycles and model emotional regulation. I also support individuals in deconstructing past relationship patterns and building healthier ones rooted in authenticity and mutual respect. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I aim to make therapy both practical and transformative — a space where insight turns into action and emotional safety grows into real change.
