About My Clients
Have you spent years feeling like you were too much, not enough, or just wired differently? Maybe life has always felt harder than it looked for everyone else. Whether you're newly diagnosed with ADHD or autism, navigating chronic illness, facing a fertility journey, or just trying to understand yourself better — you deserve a therapist who truly gets it. I specialize in the places where life gets complicated, and I'd love to help you finally feel understood.
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative and tailored to you, because no two people are the same. Before anything else, I believe therapy only works when you feel safe, seen, and not judged. Building that foundation is always our first priority. Drawing on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, IFS, and narrative therapy, I meet you where you are and adjust my style to what you actually need. Whether that looks like practical skill-building, deep self-exploration, or simply making sense of your story, we'll find what works. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, late-diagnosed ASD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and career uncertainty. Many of my clients have spent years feeling like they were "too much" or "not enough" and finally want answers and tools that fit how their brain actually works. Our work together is collaborative and at your pace. You'll leave sessions with real strategies you can use immediately, a deeper understanding of your patterns, and a stronger sense of who y
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I came to this work through a winding, very human road. I spent 15 years in higher education and career coaching before returning to clinical work. I was late diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and honestly, so much of my life suddenly made sense. I have navigated chronic illness, IVF, and life transitions that rearrange everything you thought you knew about yourself. I don't just understand these experiences, I've lived them. I believe in inclusive, affirming spaces where you don't have to explain or justify who you are. If you have spent years shrinking yourself and are ready to stop, you are in the right place. Outside the therapy room I am a wife, a mom, and servant to two cat overlords. I always have a book going, a quote for every situation, and believe a good meme can say what therapy sometimes cannot. I am learning to embrace my quirks and show up as my full self, and I want the same for you. If you see a little of yourself in any of this, let's talk.
