About My Clients
From recreational youth to high school, collegiate, and professional, we support athletes engaged in all levels of competition. Specifically, we support athletes in managing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, compulsive exercising, trauma, injury recovery and burnout, and more.
My Background and Approach
Empowering athletes to cultivate psychological resilience. Our team is flexible, ever-changing, meets each athlete where they are, and helps them get to where they need to be. We help athletes think outside the box based on their circumstances, experiences, strengths, and goals. Our comprehensive telehealth sessions accommodate our busiest athletes with online video, phone calls, and in-person activities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Kim and her colleagues at Unlimited Resilience seek to empower athletes to be resilient in sport and in life. As a former National Championship Harvard Hockey player, Kim has a passion for working with teen and young adult competitive athletes with mental health concerns. And after years of acute psychiatric care training and experience, she has returned to her roots by founding Unlimited Resilience to help athletes succeed in sport and mental health. As the mental skills coach for the Harvard Women’s Hockey team and clinical social worker and researcher at Boston Children’s Hospital, Kim actively seeks to positively impact athletes and sports. Kim coaches field hockey, hockey, baseball, and lacrosse and still loves to compete. She believes that identifying as an athlete is critical to connecting with other athletes and requires that every Unlimited Resilience therapist identify as an athlete themselves in support of this belief.
