My Background and Approach
I help women and moms that are struggling with anxiety, depression and perinatal mental health. I specialize in using an integrative therapy approach, meaning that I tailor what I do in each session to what is going to best suit you. It’s so important that you get what you truly need from therapy and I will be there to support whatever that looks Ike for you. I provide a safe and validating space for you to be authentically and unapologetically yourself. Starting counseling can be really overwhelming and it’s totally normal to feel anxious or scared. The fact that you’re here right now, looking for help, is the biggest step you can take. You deserve to live the life you want to live. In our sessions, I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we work through these things together. You don’t have to do this alone. Start where you are.
