My clients are as unique as stars in the sky! My ideal client is looking for compassionate support, and maybe specific treatment (cbt, mindfulness. emdr).
My Background and Approach
I am licensed to provide therapy in the State of CA (LCSW). As a social worker, I have held many professional roles, and have worked with a diverse clientele. My style is eclectic, but I am formally trained in CBT, Mindfulness, CCPT and EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in compassionate care and the common core values share by my profession which includes: social justice, dignity and worth of the person, service, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence.
