About My Clients

My Background and Approach

I am a pre-licensed Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) in Florida and a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, Summa Cum Laude, with my Master of Social Work. My MSW is focused on Adult Health and Mental Wellness at USC. I also hold a BS degree in Food Science and Nutrition with a minor in psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. My interest in social work stems from her passion for nurturing, empowering, and enhancing each client’s quality of life and human well-being while providing a compassionate, supportive, and empathetic approach. My goal is to offer a space for each client to tell their story, explore what’s next in their journey, and empower them towards accomplishment and fulfillment while providing a safe and affirming place for healing. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solutions-focused therapy, internal family therapy, brief therapy, and trauma.
