About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples seeking to enhance relationships through improved communication, shift patterns that no longer support well-being or connection, and rebuild trust and closeness after infidelity. I also work with men who want to strengthen their presence and competence in personal and professional relationships.
My Background and Approach
I view each individual’s challenges within the broader context of their lives and relationships. In my experience, people seek therapy to enhance personal and professional relationships. On a personal level, this often includes increasing relationship satisfaction through more effective communication, greater mutual respect, understanding, and acceptance, as well as strengthening emotional and physical intimacy and a sense of relationship security and stability. On a professional level, this includes increasing one’s sense of significance, competence, and satisfaction in the workplace. My role as a relational therapist is to work with clients to clarify desired changes in their lives and relationships (therapeutic goals and outcomes), support awareness of how current interaction patterns may unintentionally contribute to stress and anxiety, and assist in developing more effective ways of communicating and relating to others to create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My role is to help clients clarify the changes they want in their lives and relationships, increase awareness of patterns that may be contributing to stress or disconnection, and develop more effective ways of communicating and relating to others. The goal is to support meaningful, lasting change that feels both practical and sustainable.
