I have extensive clinical experience helping individuals with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I have positive coping skills to help deal with depression and anxiety. I have a tremendous amount of knowledge to better understand your depression or anxiety and how to improve your emotional state. As needed, I can refer individuals who would like help with seeking a doctor to find appropriate medicine and medical treatment.

I enjoy working with couples in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings while giving you helpful, practical skills and information on how you can gain power and happiness in your life as well as peace. I help you to easily learn to use effective communication, coping, and parenting skills. These skills greatly improve your sense of empowerment, and happiness with yourself, your partner, and your family. I help you build trust and love.

I have years of experience helping individuals to learn concrete coping skills to help with ADHD as well as a variety of other learning disabilities. In addition to helping individuals with ADHD, I have specialized in helping couples where either one or both partners have ADHD, anxiety, depression from a variety of reasons, external stressors throughout all walks of life, and a huge range of a variety of lifelong concerns.
