About My Clients
Do you ever feel like your mind is constantly running, leaving you overstimulated, tired, or questioning yourself? Maybe you struggle with sensory overload, people pleasing, or the pressure to fit in while hiding parts of who you are. I provide eclectic, trauma informed care for Autistic and ADHD adults and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, self esteem, and relationships. I look forward to teaching you tools and helping you in your unique journey.
My Background and Approach
I like to teach and provide tools that are tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to come to sessions as your authentic self, no masking, and feel safe to do so. My background allows me to meet clients with cultural awareness, flexibility, and a deep understanding of how systems impact our lives. I have supported people in residential treatment centers, behavioral health hospitals, emergency shelters, private practices, and immigration spaces. These experiences help me hold space in a way that is inclusive, affirming, trauma informed, and always evolving. I continue learning so I can better support the many ways identity, neurodivergence, and oppression shape our stories. I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to support you with care, curiosity, and flexibility as you explore what healing looks like for you. I offer sessions exclusively via telehealth but always welcome fur babies, blankets, and/or cafecito.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a proud Latina, neurodivergent, and queer therapist, I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and validated. I believe in the power of therapy, not just for my clients but for myself as well! I have a therapist, and I’m always eager to learn and grow, which is why I make it a point to ask questions and stay open to new perspectives. My goal is to help you strengthen relationships, build self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I’m an advocate for mental health awareness, making therapy accessible, and supporting marginalized communities. You deserve the space and support to heal, and I’m here to help you take those important steps toward a healthier, happier life.
