About My Clients
I’ve worked with a variety of mental health issues, having extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, eating disorders, OCD and related disorders, trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), self-esteem, depression, disordered eating, and body dysmorphia. I take a Health in Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE) approach providing a warm and non-judgment environment. The decision to start therapy can be difficult, but I’m here to extend you with that emotional safety, guidance and support.
My Background and Approach
Using eclectic modalities of psychotherapy, we will work on connecting thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors (CBT). Further, we will find the root of these beliefs and make the connections to fully understand the problem. I utilize a variety of techniques including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I maintain a safe, honest environment. Being real with me will allow us to work through your emotions and to gain hope. I’m here to meet you where you are. We’ll take it one session at a time.
